SUB:BIO STUDIOS is a 360° brand, creative and strategy studio that utilises the authenticity of sub-culture, past and present to tell stories for brands and people. What built lasting, real world impact decades ago can build real brand resonance today.

Built by Alexander Fletcher

Alexander Fletcher is the founder, creative & strategy lead at SUB:BIO STUDIOS. With 10+ years of experience working with global brands including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Sneaker Freaker, Hidden NY, ASICS, and a range of other household names leading high-impact campaigns, he has honed his skillset across both brand marketing strategy and creative execution.

After achieving a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Advertising, both from RMIT University, his passion for telling stories for brands and people became something he fully committed to. He approaches his work with the perspective of someone who has a 360° view of how a brand should be amplified – synchronising strategy with an understanding of the consumer and how to create visual communications that resonate. Not just one or the other.

He also once saw The Smiths cover band, The Smyths. Needless to say, this was the last time he ever bought tickets to see a cover band play.
